If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, here's how to start the process. First, fill out the adoption agreement and return it to us.

Second best is by fax, call us first at 858.551.7511.
(we have to change our system manually to receive the fax... fax is same number)

- Download the document, save it to your document file, and then begin to fill out the blanks. As you fill out the information, use your underline feature…delete the extra lines you create and this brings the document back to it's original form with your information added.
- Send new email to: apassionforpaws@gmail.com and attach your newly created document.
- After we receive your adoption agreement, it's reviewed; you will then be contacted by email.
