| dogs' lives! A Passion for Paws Rescue, Inc is a 501(c)(3) organization and relies upon private donations to continue its mission. We use these funds to spay/neuter our dogs, provide veterinary care for the many dogs who are ill when they leave city and county shelter programs, provide safe places to stay for the dogs until they find their forever homes, rehabilitate dogs who have been victims of abuse and have behavioral issues, transport dogs from the shelters and to their adoptive families and to purchase the food, beds, and toys all dogs need to thrive. We are a "no-kill" organization and do not have dogs euthanized unless they are suffering or in pain from a serious and untreatable injury or illness. Contact us now to arrange your donation! Monthly Pledge Program. The expense of running a rescue is enormous. The expenses continue every month even when the donations don't. It is very important to have a specific amount of money coming in every month that we can count on to pay the bills. We greatly appreciate those people who commit to a specific amount of money per month. Vehicle Donation: Do you have a old car, truck or boat you want to get rid of? Please donate it to A Passion for Paws Rescue, Inc.! Proceeds from the sale of used vehicles help us help more Akitas. We are also in desperate need of a cargo van for shelter transports and picking up supplies like dog food and fencing materials.
